Information you choose to submit

The contact form collects the name, email address, inquiry type, subject, and message that you enter. This information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, manage business communications, and protect the form from abuse.

Email delivery

Contact-form messages are delivered through Google Workspace. Information submitted through the form is therefore transmitted through Google’s email infrastructure as part of normal message delivery.

Server logs and anti-abuse data

The web server may record standard request information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser identifier, and response status. This information is used for operation, diagnostics, and security.

The contact form temporarily uses a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address to enforce basic rate limits. The rate-limit record contains submission times and is not used for advertising or profiling.

Cookies

The public informational pages do not require account or advertising cookies. The contact page uses a temporary, essential session cookie to protect the form against cross-site request forgery and automated abuse. The cookie expires when the browser session ends.

Analytics and advertising

At launch, the site does not use third-party behavioral analytics, advertising pixels, personalized advertising cookies, or cross-site tracking. This notice will be updated before those practices are introduced.

Affiliate links and sponsorships

theDealRocks.com may later use affiliate links, sponsored content, or commercial partnerships. Any applicable disclosures and related privacy information will be added when those features are introduced.

Retention

Contact messages may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Routine server and rate-limit data may be rotated or deleted according to operational needs.

Sale of personal information

theDealRocks.com does not sell information submitted through the contact form.
